The passenger port is located in the eastern part of the harbor, which is one of the most touristically attractive areas in Kołobrzeg. Here, various types of passenger cruises are offered, including international maritime services connecting the port of Kołobrzeg with the Danish port of Nexø on the island of Bornholm. The annual passenger traffic on the international route (to Denmark) amounts to about 30,000 people, while domestic cruises are used by over 300,000 people each year. Additionally, the company manages a breakwater that serves as a popular walking path for tourists. This is the most sea-protruding viewpoint in Kołobrzeg, visited by over half a million people annually.
At the edge of the Passenger Port, there is a market where local entrepreneurs present their products. The convenient location of this area, in the heart of the port district and in the immediate vicinity of the lighthouse, beach, restaurants, and shopping points, is an undeniable asset. Throughout the year, many businesses operate in this area, and during the summer season, numerous shows, festivals, and events take place, attracting tourists from across the region.
