  1. The property is privately owned, therefore guests are required to respect its privacy.
  2. Guests using the lodging services are obligated to comply with the provisions of this regulation, health and safety, and fire safety rules.
  3. Guests must register immediately upon arrival with the property owner and settle the financial obligation for their stay.
  4. The reserved stay lasts from 3:00 PM on the arrival day to 10:00 AM on the departure day.
  5. Room handover on the departure day takes place in the presence of the property owner by 10:00 AM.
  6. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  7. Payment for the stay is collected on the day of arrival. In case of an earlier departure than the reserved date, the fee for the stay is non-refundable.
  8. A proximity fob attached to the room key enables entry/exit from the property (the fob simultaneously opens both the entry gate and the property doors).
  9. The property manager is not responsible for items left on the premises.
  10. Guests are financially responsible for any damages or destruction of property and equipment caused by them or their dependents.
  11. Occupants must adhere to fire safety regulations, properly use sanitary facilities, and report any malfunctions in the room used.
  12. Guests may not make any changes in the rooms and their equipment (moving furniture, equipment).
  13. A guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which they have paid has not expired.
  14. Individuals who have not purchased lodging services may not stay on the property or in guest rooms.
  15. Guests should ensure due diligence every time they leave the room. They should check that windows and doors are locked.
  16. Entry and parking of vehicles are allowed only in designated areas. The parking space is free and unguarded. The property owner is not responsible for vehicles left in the parking lot or for damage or loss of a guest’s vehicle.
  17. The property owner has the exclusive right to decide on the closing and opening of the parking lot at times determined by them.
  18. The entrance gate to the parking lot will be closed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Use of the parking lot during these hours (entry, exit) requires notification to the property owner.
  19. The children’s playground is for use only under adult supervision in accordance with the applicable instructions/regulations.
  20. Children under the age of 12 must be under constant supervision of parents or legal guardians on the property.
  21. Beach equipment (sun loungers, pools, inflatable mattresses, screens) should not be brought into guest rooms; please leave them in the designated area near the parking lot.
  22. Wagons, scooters, etc., should not be brought onto the property. Please leave them in the designated area near the parking lot.
  23. Bicycle racks and standing clothes dryers are available near the technical room (next to the parking lot).
  24. A kitchenette is available for guests, which is only suitable for heating up ready-made semi-finished products or prepared meals (no cooking or frying allowed). Please maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchenettes.
  25. The mini-bar in the guest room is only for storing drinks (not designed for storing food).
  26. Smoking of tobacco and electronic cigarettes is prohibited throughout the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  27. For fire safety, the use of heaters, irons, electric kettles, and other similar devices not provided in the room is prohibited. Please turn off all electric devices and lights before leaving the room.
  28. Excessive noise on the property, causing unpleasant smells, or creating situations that harm or irritate other guests is prohibited.
  29. The property owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons:
    – under the visible influence of alcohol or drugs,
    – found to be in possession of weapons, gases, sharp tools, narcotics, or any other objects that may pose a threat,
    – who behave aggressively or in a manner generally considered vulgar or disruptive to the peaceful enjoyment of other guests.
  30. The property owner may refuse to accept a guest who during a previous stay grossly violated the property regulations causing damage to the property or guests or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of guests or the operation of the property.
  31. In case of a violation of the regulations, the property owner may refuse to provide lodging services to the person violating them. Individuals who violate the rules of this regulation will be required to leave the property without a refund.
  32. The property regulations are made known by individual review by the client during registration procedures and at any request of the client at the property office.
