3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA OF HOTEL GUESTS

Personal data of the Guests will be processed for the purpose of concluding and executing the accommodation services agreement. Additionally, the purpose of processing personal data by the facility includes:
– pursuing potential claims by the facility due to damages caused by the Guest or defense against the Guest’s claims towards the company,
– documenting the performance of the service for tax purposes,
– ensuring the highest quality of services for the guests.

4. ENTITIES TO WHICH PERSONAL DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED

The company discloses personal data to the following categories of entities:
– accounting firms providing bookkeeping services,
– law firms (offices) providing legal advice and litigation services.

5. GUEST’S RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Every Guest has the right to access their personal data, correct, delete, or limit processing. Additionally, every Guest has the right to object to processing.
Guests have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, and the right to data portability. Access to data is possible at the facility’s premises. Additionally, the facility provides the email address: akwamaryngrzybowo@wp.pl for contacting regarding personal data.
Data provided by you will not be disclosed to third parties.

6. REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

Providing personal data in the scope of first and last name, identity card number, vehicle registration number, date of birth, email address (in case of online reservations), contact phone number, number and age of the child, in case of staying at the Akwamaryn facility with a child, is a requirement to conclude an accommodation services agreement. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the conclusion of an accommodation services agreement.

7. AUTOMATED DECISIONS BASED ON PERSONAL DATA, INCLUDING PROFILING

Akwamaryn Guest Rooms does not make automated decisions based on personal data, including profiling.
